Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the main point of contact for guests during their stay, ensuring their needs and preferences are met promptly and professionally.
  • Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with checkin and checkout procedures, and provide information about hotel amenities and services.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, addressing them with a positive attitude and problemsolving approach.
  • Coordinate with various hotel departments, including housekeeping, reservations, and concierge, to fulfill guest requests and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations and services to enhance their experience.
  • Monitor guest feedback and reviews, taking necessary actions to address issues and maintain high guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and special requests.
  • Promote hotel services and amenities to guests, including upselling relevant offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to contribute to guest loyalty and repeat business.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in a guest services, client services, or front office role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle guest concerns with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing guest needs.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations, services, and local attractions.
  • Proficiency in using hotel property management systems (PMS) and other relevant software.
