Securities' Processing

Job Title:
Team Member - Processing (Transfer, Demat etc)

Aim of Position To process transfer and demat requests

Key Accountabilities:


  • Processing trnf/demat as per SEBI guidelines and LI SOP
  • To support Team leader in handing Quarterly SEBI report
  • To provide all physical papers to team leader as per priority in case of objection
  • Proper houskeeping of the documents
  • Processing/checking the putting endorsement stickers and providing these documents to team leader for dispatch

Responsibilities

-Technical:


  • Uptodate knowledge of rules, regulations re transfer / demat etc
  • Operation knowledge of InSta to the extent required

-Administrative:


  • Ensure safe keeping & good housekeepoing

Key Success Indicators:

1.99.5% for TAT of delivery

  • Consistently maintain productivity standard

Reporting Relationship:
Sr Associate-Registry

Qualifications - Graduate in Commerce

Experience - 1 year or more fresher will also do

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹100, ₹200,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
