Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Maintain Customer database.
  • Able to handle Level 2/ Level 3 support for network issues.
  • Involved in all escalated cases and helping L1/L2 to resolve the same
  • Maintain & update documentations.
  • Monthly / Quarterly governance meeting with customers
  • Preparing RCA for escalated issue.
  • Manage support cases to enable faster resolution.
  • Ensure knowledge sharing across the team and enable best practices.
  • Ability to deliver against deadlines
  • Ready to work on 24/7 basis
  • Driving cases and delivery targets with OEM
  • Must possess good customer handling skills.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 8+ years or above experience in network design, implementation, troubleshooting and support.
  • Min B.E / B Tech /BSC IT or equivalent graduation completed. Min 15 Years of Education required.
  • Strong in Enterprise and Cloud Networking fundamentals
  • Strong handson protocols e.g.
  • RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, L2VPN, EVPN, ACI, SDN, etc
  • Should have good exposure on SPINE
  • LEAF topology. Cisco Nexus 9K Switches with VXLAN technology, Cisco ISR / ASR routing, F5/ Citrix Load Balancers
  • Good understanding of Network troubleshooting in Banking environment.
  • Should have knowledge on banking / ISP infra networking management.
  • Good knowledge for Network tools
  • Solar wind, WhatsApp Gold, HP open view etc.
  • Knowledge in Riverbed platform.
