Merchandiser Women's Wear

Experience: 4+ years (Preferred from Buying House)

Job Summary:

As a Merchandiser for Women's Wear, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from development to production and delivery.

You will work closely with buyers and suppliers to ensure our collections meet customer needs and industry standards. Your expertise will be pivotal in achieving our sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with design, sourcing, and production teams to develop new products and collections.
Work with CAD and design teams to ensure accurate tech packs and product specifications.
Understand the nuances of design and material selection to ensure high quality products.
Coordinate with factories and suppliers to ensure production schedules are met and maintain quality standards.
Work with suppliers and production teams to optimize cost efficiency while maintaining quality.
Monitor production progress and resolve any productionrelated issues to meet timelines.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with buyers and clients.
Present collections to buyers, providing detailed product information and Managing order placement, tracking, and followup with buyers.
Develop and maintain costing sheets and BOMs for collections.
Work closely with internal teams including design, production, and quality assurance to ensure smooth workflows.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in fashion, merchandising, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in merchandising within the women's wear industry.
(Preferred from Buying House)
Strong understanding of product development, production, and dealing with buyers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
Proficiency in CAD, tech packs, and BOM creation.

Pay:
₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
