Knowledge on ITIL.

  • 2) Should be familiar with ITSM Process.
  • 3) Should have worked in Service now tool or any ticketing tool.
  • 4) Knowledge on SLA.
  • 5) Hands on with Incident, Problem and Change Tickets. (Must have this skills)
  • 6) Should know to handle P1 Tickets.
6) Good Communication skills as he/she needs to communicate with Stakeholders very frequently.

  • 7) Should have basic knowledge on DB (If hiring for Technical Support).
  • 8) Should have knowledge of any Programming language (.Net,Java, Python.)
