Responsibilities:

Supervision: Oversee a team of painters and ensure that they adhere to safety protocols, deadlines, and quality standards.

Project Management: Plan and coordinate painting projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.

Quality Assurance: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets specifications and quality standards, making adjustments as necessary.

Training and Development: Train new painters on techniques, safety procedures, and company policies. Provide ongoing coaching and support to improve team performance.

Materials Management: Order and maintain inventory of painting supplies and equipment. Ensure proper storage and handling of materials.

Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide updates on project progress.

Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues that arise during painting projects, such as equipment malfunctions or scheduling conflicts.

Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in painting or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in various painting techniques, knowledge of different types of paint and surface preparation methods.

Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management abilities to prioritize tasks, manage resources efficiently, and meet deadlines.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with specifications.

Safety Consciousness: Commitment to safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks and maintain a safe work environment.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Additional certifications or training in painting, construction, or project management preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
Stamina to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Salary:
₹25, ₹27,000.00 per month
