Description

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for incorporating contextual information and developing methods appropriate to the context, in addition to the existing curricula.
  • Impart training sessions for the lateral recruits and induction programs for freshers joining the organization.
  • Evaluate and report the performance of trainees who attended the training programs.
  • Create selfstudy programs or learning paths, helping people to gain expertise outside classroom.

Requirements:


  • Must have experience in delivering training on HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript,Spring boot, Hibernet, Angular and JQuery.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must have experience in Working on improving training process.
  • 2 years of experience delivering remote and onsite training.
  • Experience in developing training curriculum is advantage.
  • Familiarity with remote training platforms like Moodle, Zoom, Google Meet

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
