Position Overview:


As a Commis 3 at BRGRMEISTER Restaurant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen team to ensure the efficient preparation and delivery of high-quality burgers and other menu items.

You will assist in various food preparation tasks, maintain cleanliness standards, and contribute to the overall success of the culinary operation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of ingredients and food items according to the recipes and standards set by senior kitchen staff.
  • Ensure all food products are prepared and cooked to the highest quality standards, following established procedures and specifications.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, and other cooking appliances.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations, equipment, and utensils, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Assist in the receiving, storing, and rotating of food supplies and ingredients to minimize wastage and ensure freshness.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff members to coordinate food preparation and ensure timely service during peak hours.
  • Follow proper food handling and storage procedures to maintain hygiene standards and prevent foodborne illnesses.
  • Support the kitchen team in achieving operational goals, such as minimizing wait times and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations as per company policies and local health codes.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the head chef or kitchen management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience working in a professional kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment operation.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining highquality food standards.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other kitchen staff members.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the culinary industry.

Salary:
Up to ₹14,000.00 per month
