Achievement of business plan targets in terms of volume growth as per budget.

  • Conducting detailed market study to analyze the latest market trends and tracking competitor activities.
  • Drive, motivate & cascade team with organizational & market business / selling strategies.
  • Develop & implement sales promotion activities to achieve the targets with team.
  • Planning & maintain budgeted headcounts to achieve business target.
  • Go the extra mile to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction throughout the underwriting process.
  • Aligning with the marketing team for business promotion activities for business growth.
  • Analyze business data & MIS & develop continuous follow up and feedback mechanism to provide solutions for business growth.
  • Responsible for achieving business yield, profitability and productivity at RO / State level.
  • Responsible to boost cross sales.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹11, ₹32,608.84 per month
