  • To put the employee first in our delivery of excellent customer service at all times
  • To undertake the administration of HR processes and procedures, ensuring all administration is completed in a timely manner and communicated effectively to employees and Managers.
  • Administrative & Service Center tasks include but are not limited to:
  • Assists employees and managers in all stages of the employee life cycle (onboarding, job changes, retirement, etc.), and able to provide reference to various company policies and procedures regarding a variety of situations.
  • Serve as a first contact to answer employee questions about company correspondence and clarify any company communications and policies
  • Prepare ad hoc mail merges as required by the business
  • The preparation and submission of employment references
  • Managing and maintaining accurate employee records (electronic & paper based).
  • Administration of the absence and leave process
  • Administration of new starter materials
  • To manage workday transactions, Job Change, Comp planning, Creation of requisition, Compensation updates
  • To deliver correspondence letters like, Salary letter, Employment letter
  • Generation of offer let
  • Participate in HR projects as part of the Otis business calendar and adhoc in relation to business requirements.
  • Ensuring personal completion of helpdesk tasks within KPI timescales.
  • To carry out and undertake any relevant training deemed necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures.
  • Be fully conversant and compliant with all Environmental Health and Safety procedures.
  • Complete quarterly ethics module as advised by Ethics & Compliance Officer (ECO)
  • Fully comply with all Quality, Environmental Health and Safety directives including but not limited to PPE, Accident Reporting, Cardinal Rules, Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS), and Achieving Competitive Excellence (ACE).
Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate with 2+ years of prior experience of working in a busy, high volume and results focused administrative environment. Shared service Centre experience an advantage but not mandatory
  • Relevant HR experience preferable
  • Open to working in shifts and alternate work weeks (Mon-Fri and Sun-Thu)
  • Proficiency in other regional language is an added advantage
  • Experience of working to set procedures and in a logical manner.
  • Knowledge and experience of Workday, ServiceNow and software such as Excel/Word
  • Ability to work towards tight timescales with high volumes.
  • Excellent Attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Clear communicator.
  • Results oriented with the drive to complete a task/project.
  • Responds positively to change.
