Description

Nasiwak Services India Pvt Ltd are a subsidiary company of NSK Corporation Japan providing Business process solutions for their Light Grade Steel products.

We offer Order processing, Logistics management and Relationship management to their end customers who are builders, developers in the Japanese Construction sector.

Since we handle their direct customers, we oversee everything related to a particular builder, from CAD/Architecture drawings to final Invoice.

To fulfil the relationship management part of the service we are looking for a Bilingual Co-Ordinator.

Key responsibilities

1) Communicate with our Japanese clients and relay the requirements.

2) Co-ordinate between the Japanese client and in house engineers.

3) Work with Nasiwak management to maintain and execute business verticals.

4) Tabulate, organize and maintain customer data.

5) Act as point of contact for our Indian customers.

Hybrid system, office located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

JLPT N3-N4 certification preferred, not mandatory.

Freshers are welcome.
