YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)Advanced Degree (Masters, MBA, JD, PhD, etc.) preferred8+ years of professional experience (or relevant consulting experience); ideally in HR/talent management within a consulting environment, or 2+ years client-facing work experience in a professional services organization3 yrs+ consulting experience at Consultant or Project Leader equivalent level is considered a big advantage to understanding our target audience's needs and skills in their rolesKnowledge in a people or recruiting function, and or HR systems such as workday beneficialAdvanced analytics capabilities (Excel, Tableau etc.
