    We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Manager – R2R Service Delivery, based in our Vistra International Expansion (India) Private Limited. Reporting to Director, this full-time and permanent position is based in Mumbai, India and offers global coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our GSC Mumbai and its' growth.

    Key responsibilities:

    To manage end to end accounting operations as per pre-determined KPI's and SLA. Processes may include, but not limited to -

    1. General ledger and sub-ledger accounting
    2. Payroll management
    3. Monthly accounting and management reporting
    4. AP and A/R management
    5. Holding subsidiary accounting and consolidation
    6. Intercompany reconciliation
    7. Variance analysis
    8. Budgeting, forecast and cost control
    9. Support for statutory reporting and audit
    10. Review of GL to ensure correct accounting.
    • Migrate processes from various geography into Global Service Centre, India
    • Identify the operations gaps, propose "to be" process to the reporting manager with pros and cons evaluation, and implementing the required process within the agreed timelines.
    • Monitor Key performance indicators, Variance analysis identifying trends and comparing it against forecasts, prior year & business KPls
    • Prepare SOPs and process maps for the new migrations
    • Implement, follow & monitor a strong governance & delivery model
    • Guide, motivate the teams for higher productivity, limited attrition, inculcating and implementing automation initiatives
    • Build the strong team of highly motivated professionals and develop succession plans for team members
    • Work with the training department to ensure that development areas are covered
    • Reinforce new learning within the team.
    • Timely manage escalation of issues flag by the team

    Key requirements

    • CA/CPA/MBA with 12+ years of total experience of which 10+ post-qualification experience in the Record to Report (R2R) tower, preferably from a services industry captive/BPO set-up.
    • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, basic business mathematics and analytical methods
    • Experience of working within an international organization is preferable
    • Experience of handling medium to large team size
    • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
    • Solution oriented with strong analytical skills
    • Experience in SSC / BPO / KPO is must. (Candidates from BPO/KPO only can apply)
