Salary: 17,500 to 20,000 per month

Responsibilities:

Contact potential customers via phone to promote and sell our products/services.

Deliver persuasive sales pitches to generate interest and secure sales.

Assess customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.

Achieve sales targets and quotas within the given time frame.

Keep accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and transactions.

Handle customer objections and provide suitable solutions or alternatives.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during all customer interactions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role is an advantage, but freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to deliver compelling sales pitches and overcome objections.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.

Salary:
The salary range for this position is between 17,500 and 20,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
