Responsibilities and Duties

Job Profile:

Taking confirmed order of customer from Sales Exec / Manager
Updating the work order / fixed plan on daily basis
Coordinating with Design department to release drawing / BOM
Coordinating with production team for order execution and dispatch date

- coordinating with customer on order readiness and dispatch
- be part of daily production review meeting
- coordinating with transporter for vehicle for dispatch
- making packing list, invoice and e-way bill
- mailing dispatch intimation details to customer

Updating all necessary documents with regard to ISO and customer audit

- follow up on payments

Taking customer feedback quarterly
