- OPD Receptionist (ONLY FOR WOMEN)
Location:
- Greater Noida
Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and greeting Patients, Doctors & Visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Serving and helping patients by scheduling appointment and maintaining record.
- Assisting patients and visitors in finding their way in hospital.
- Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
- Announcing Patients name whenever necessary.
- Answering phone calls in a professional manner and routing calls whenever needed.
- Answering patient's queries.
- Maintaining records & accounts of patient.
- Helping patients by processing different payments for patients
- Processing billing and payments, using medical software
- Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal and financial information.
- Maintaining the decorum of the reception and hospital
- Keeping a clean and calm reception area.
- Scanning, filing, and mailing documentation whenever needed.
- Taking the patient's feedback about the hospital.
- To make a daily report mentioning
- Number of patients who visited hospital but not opted for OPD
- Number of patients who visited hospital & opted for OPD
- Number of feedback taken
- Number of complaints/ queries
- Don't use your personal cell phone in the reception area.
- Before taking the over, take a detailed review of the IPD patients.
