  • OPD Receptionist (ONLY FOR WOMEN)

Location:

  • Greater Noida

Responsibilities:


  • Welcoming and greeting Patients, Doctors & Visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Serving and helping patients by scheduling appointment and maintaining record.
  • Assisting patients and visitors in finding their way in hospital.
  • Assisting patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
  • Announcing Patients name whenever necessary.
  • Answering phone calls in a professional manner and routing calls whenever needed.
  • Answering patient's queries.
  • Maintaining records & accounts of patient.
  • Helping patients by processing different payments for patients
  • Processing billing and payments, using medical software
  • Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal and financial information.
  • Maintaining the decorum of the reception and hospital
  • Keeping a clean and calm reception area.
  • Scanning, filing, and mailing documentation whenever needed.
  • Taking the patient's feedback about the hospital.
  • To make a daily report mentioning
  • Number of patients who visited hospital but not opted for OPD
  • Number of patients who visited hospital & opted for OPD
  • Number of feedback taken
  • Number of complaints/ queries
  • Don't use your personal cell phone in the reception area.
  • Before taking the over, take a detailed review of the IPD patients.
