Salary Range:
₹14,000 - ₹17,000 per month


Experience:
6 months - 2 years

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
  • Maintain and update records, including client information and appointment schedules.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material available.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Skills Required:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in basic Excel functions.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professionalism and a customercentric approach.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data maintenance.
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory.

Education:


  • Minimum high school diploma required.
  • Additional certification in office administration or related field is a plus.
