Description

Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity: Delivery of proposals - technical and price bids, on time for assigned proposals for Terminal Automation Systems and Metering

Work with BDM/Sales to develop the Scope for Terminal Automation Project.

Develop proposal complete in all respects ranging from medium size to Large and complex, against the inquiry including technical compliance / response documentation, specify scope limits and prepare cost estimates.

Support Bid Technical evaluation and customer presentations of proposed solutions.

Prepare the Technical Queries after reading of Tender/RFQ/Scope

Site survey (if requested by Sales) and Technical Discussions with customer.

Evaluate proposals from vendors for project buy-outs for technical compliance and completeness.

Prepare tax / duty estimates using Estimation tools and guidance from respective team leader.

Review and Evaluate Proposals from team for completeness and errors.

Cost optimizations.

Preparation of Final EGAP DECK for Management Review and submit the Online EGAP.

Provide inputs for continuous improvement of systems and processes to support accurate proposals and productivity

Understanding of major competition and their product features and functionalities.

Proficient with computer-based business software/automation tools.

Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

Terminal Automation System (TAS) Execution /Bidding of TA jobs

TAS workflow (Truck Loading, Rail Loading, Marine loading, and Pipeline)

In depth knowledge of Flow Metering instrumentation and Tank Farm Instrumentation.

Terminal Manager-SCADA

Control and Instrumentation (C&I) Basic Instrumentation

Other Instrumentation (Third Party Interface), Analyzers

Selection of Transmitters and equipment, MOC selection.

Process and process Parameter knowledge.

Cable types and Cable Estimate.

Sub Area of Knowledge Skid and Field Instruments,

Skid Design and Engineering (method, Stannard, Approvals, Certifications) knowledge

Around 5-8 years of engineering /Estimation experience. Estimation experience of 1-2 years minimum preferred.

BE (Instrumentation / Instrumentation & Control /Electronics/ Mechanical)

Experience in supporting customers / end users in multiple verticals and networking with OEMS, EPCs and consultants.

Based in Honeywell Pune Hadapsar office.

Primary Scope of work for EMEA, Asia Pacific region but not Limited, if required global as well.

No Travel requirement.

Internal / External.

English / Any international Language (optional).

TAS, TMS, Terminal Automation System, Oil and Gas Skid, Truck Loading skid, Custody Transfer Skid.

Companies like EMERSON, Yokogawa, ABB, Siemens, AST, Rockwell, TechnipFMC.

EPC- Rotary, Jacob, L&T, Fabtech projects, Punj Lloyd

Oil and Gas Skid Fabricators - Local in Pune.

Internal GES resources who may have Skid /Mechanical background

YOU MUST HAVE:

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.
