Bridging Technologies is hiring for Chat Support Executive:

Experience:

Minimum 1 Year

Location:
Mohali

We are looking for Chat Support Executive who provide service or product information, solutions and relevant details to customers. They should be individuals with a knack for providing professional and clear answers to customer's requests.

Responsibilities:

Take ownership of customer issues reported & direct customer toward solutions
Provide prompt & accurate feedback to customers.
Taking ownership of technical issues & resolving them.
Improve organization's overall functionality and efficiency.
Keep track of requests and make sure they are implemented as planned.

Requirements:

Should be flexible with rotational Shifts.
Manageable or Good English Communication Skills.
Experience in BPO (15yrs) can apply.
Problemsolving skills.
Bachelor's or relevant degree.
Experience working in US Chat process (atleast 1yr)
