As a Warranty Executive in the automotive industry, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the warranty processes for our vehicles.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing warranty claims, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing strategies to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Warranty Claims Management:

  • Evaluate and process warranty claims submitted by customers, dealers, and service centers.
  • Ensure timely and accurate verification of claims in adherence to warranty policies.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to assess root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.

Technical Collaboration:

  • Work closely with engineering and product development teams to understand and address productrelated issues.
  • Provide technical insights to improve vehicle design, manufacturing, and quality control processes.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance awareness of warrantyrelated matters among technical staff.

Customer Interaction:

  • Communicate effectively with customers, dealers, and service centers to resolve warrantyrelated inquiries.
  • Strive for customer satisfaction by ensuring a smooth and efficient warranty claims process.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to capture customer insights for continuous improvement.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze warranty data to identify trends, common issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate comprehensive reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators.
  • Utilize datadriven insights to make informed decisions and streamline warranty processes.

Quality Assurance:

  • Collaborate with quality control teams to establish and maintain rigorous quality standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize warranty claims through proactive quality assurance measures.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in warranty management within the automotive industry.
  • Strong technical understanding of vehicle systems and components.
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal communication

Salary:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
