In this role, you will:


  • Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
  • Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with midlevel managers or crossfunctional business partners
  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff

Required Qualifications, US:


  • 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate. The role requires a strong demonstration on technical, functional, and job-specific knowledge required. Accurately process high volumes of work, within established deadlines. Examines and delivers as per the required quality, following the laid down procedures and under guidance. Constructively challenge the usual approach to doing things and find new and better ways to do the job.


Responsibilities:


  • Complete requests submitted to the SharePoint support queue such as access requests, site modifications, and new site setup within the given SLA.
  • Maintain ticket status to ensure SLAs are met.
  • Support of Centralized CB SharePoint Solutions and Governance processes.
  • Provide assistance with new SharePoint help desk. Activities will include maintenance of help desk queue, provisioning of new sites, support of user functionality requests, operational reporting, and governance of overall help desk process.
  • Additional activity will include level 1 production support of complex sites and coordination with technology for problem resolution with SharePoint environment.
  • Diagnosing and resolving issues related to SharePoint sites, permissions, workflows, and custom solutions.
  • Assisting endusers with SharePointrelated inquiries, providing guidance on best practices, and delivering training as needed.
  • Managing user access rights, permissions, and security settings within SharePoint.
  • Monitoring and maintaining SharePoint sites, ensuring they are uptodate, organized, and functioning correctly.
  • Assisting with the development and customization of SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to meet specific business needs.
  • Keeping an eye on system performance, generating usage reports, and proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Ensuring SharePoint sites and content adhere to regulatory and company compliance requirements.
  • Conducting training sessions or workshops to empower users with SharePoint skills.

Essential Qualifications:

  • University degree in Business or related discipline
  • 7 to 10 years of industry experience in one or a combination of the following
  • Strong Reporting and Analytics
  • Strong domain expertise on SharePoint development and maintenance
  • Project Management
  • Knowledge and a broad background in Commercial Banking
  • Good understanding of Operational Risk and Process Risk and Controls
  • Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint
  • Knowledge on SQL, Tableau, Power BI
