    Description
    Hi we are looking for someonewith minimum 2 Years minimum exp
    Responsibilities:
    • Reportingto the Head of Business Planning the individual will assist in thebuild production maintenance development and communication ofhighquality accurate workforce management data and staff schedulesacross various campaigns through the effective use of planningreviewing and analytical skills andtoolsets.
    • Manage and maintain all workforcemanagement data and information updated effectively in times ofchange in line with the telephony system.
    • Buildand develop staff shifts and schedules within workforce managementincorporating offline time requirements specific to eachcampaign.
    • Generate staff schedules error checksand updates.
    • Continuously update staffschedules via communications from operations teams and ensure thatthey are uptodate and fit for purpose.
    • Generateand maintain staffing plans.
    • Assist in thehosting of regular meetings to review Planning with the Operationshighlighting potential issues and suggesting and implementingsolutions.
    • Develop and update operationalrecruitment plans and performancetrackers.
    • Support multiple contracts duringteam absences.
    • Assist in the development of newMISreports.
    Musthave:
    • Stronginterpersonal skills
    • Excellent communicationskills
    • Outsourcing experience preferred ormultiple stakeholder managementexperience.
    • Microsoft Office literate aimingfor expert standards.
    • User level skill setCalabrio WFM (12month experiencedesirable)
    • User level skill set 8x8 telephonyplatform (Config Manager agent skill management prioritymanagement)
    • Analytical and reconciliationskills
    • Commercial awareness of multiplecontractual KPIs
    • Service andcostfocused.
    • Proactive and flexible regardingworking hours and workload
    • Understanding ofdata analytics and lifecycles(desirable)
    • Worked in a central ResourcePlanning function (desirable)
    • Demonstrabletrack record of achievement in a Resource Planning environment(desirable)
