- _A Client Servicing Specialist will identify the potential customers and generating business. Actively prospecting, arranging appointments, negotiating, closing, and ensuring executing the project flawless with the support of the other department_

  • Ability to handle events and accounts for the company._

  • Willingness to travel. Traveling onsite for the execution of events on short notice._
  • Responsible for Client Visits/meetings/ Followup/Corporate presentations or interacting with them via telephone or written communication._
  • Responsible for maintaining an accurate database about current as well as potential clients_
  • Achieving 100% client satisfaction and client retention._
  • Ability to handle work pressure._
  • Promotional activities for events._
  • Compiling and distributing financial and statistical information for every event. _ _Monitoring performance for each key account._
  • Excellent communication and people skills._
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities._
  • Managing campaigns on social media for both client and internal._


  • Must have:

  • Should be an Excellent in Microsoft Excel and Power point._
  • Working knowledge of Client Servicing Specialist in Event Management Company_
  • Excellent R&D and Innovative thinking_
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure._
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills._

Salary:
₹12, ₹36,105.60 per month
