Responsibilities:

Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies to accommodate diverse learning styles and maximize student understanding.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and academic growth.
Assess student progress regularly through quizzes, tests, projects, and other evaluation methods, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
Stay updated on educational best practices, curriculum changes, and assessment techniques relevant to Commerce and Accountancy education.
Foster critical thinking, problemsolving skills, and financial literacy among students.
Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal development, serving as a mentor and role model.
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities as required.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance, adhering to school policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Commerce, Accountancy, or a related field from a recognized institution.
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification from a recognized university.
Minimum of [X] years of teaching experience at the secondary level, preferably in a CBSEaffiliated school.
Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
Proficiency in using educational technology and learning management systems for instructional purposes.
Ability to work collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
Familiarity with assessment and evaluation techniques used in CBSE schools.

Pay:
₹35, ₹50,000.00 per month
