Description

What you'll do:
Outbound and Inbound calls handling for sales and customer escalations.
Customer chat handling.
Ensure 100% compliance as per the process guidelines.
Handle customer queries and provide information about the product.
Manage and resolve customer queries.

Maintain records of the conversationsRequired Profile:
Strong command over English, Hindi.
Knowledge in telesales and tele-marketing.
Prior experience in customer support would be preferred.
Should be comfortable working in dayshift.
Should be available for immediate joining.


Eligibility Criteria:
Fresher/Experienceth/UG/Grad/PG

Language preference:
English + Hindi(preferable)


Location:
Bangalore

Salary upto 5 Lpa

Day/UK/US/Night/Rotational
