Skills and SpecificationsCareers Responsibility:


  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues by maintaining a positive and professional demeanour.
  • Researching required information using available resources.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.
  • Provide product and service information.
  • Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the management as needed.
  • Following up complicated customer calls where required.
  • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.
  • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
  • Documenting details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
  • Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal / external departments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Previous 6months to 1year of customer service experience, especially in ecommerce, preferred.
  • Monday to Sunday.
  • 9 Hours rotational shift between 0900 to 2000 hours IST.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal/Written with proper grammar.
  • Ability to work with others in a close manner.
  • Good computer and typing wpm) skills.
  • Good multitasking skills.

Skills and Specifications:


  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Any other south Indian language would be an added advantage.
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
**Education:
- **Pay: ₹12, ₹16,000.00 per month
