  • Tech Profile/Essential Skills
  • Indepth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including Service Portal, Service Catalog, and related modules.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow development.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills to design effective solutions for complex business requirements.
  • Solid project management skills, capable of prioritizing and managing tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Have a degree in a computer science, engineering, or similar technical discipline
  • A good relevant degree is desirable, but experience and the right approach to work are just as important.
  • ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), are a plus.
  • Experience in other IT Service Management tools or enterprise platforms will be advantageous.
  • Detailed Responsibilities

Architecture and Solution Design:

  • Design and architect endtoend solutions based on business requirements.
  • Create technical specifications, integration points, and data mapping documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards.

Experience and Project Management:

  • Successfully deliver ServiceNow projects in a lead role.
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members to manage project timelines.
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
