Responsibilities:

1.


Developing Sales Strategies:

Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales plans that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.

2.


Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and digital marketing initiatives.

3.


Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering solutions that align with our product/service offerings.

4.


Sales Presentations :
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products/services.

5.


Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities to inform sales and marketing strategies.

6.


Marketing Campaigns:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote TEFLAS' products/services, including digital marketing, social media marketing, and content creation.

7.


Sales Reporting:
Generate regular sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to management to optimize sales performance.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or related field. MBA students are preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
