Profile Introduction

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Sales executives are one of the most important resources for a business as they directly contribute to the revenue of any organization.

The most common job responsibility of sales executive is to promote the products and services to customers and negotiate contracts to maximize profits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluatecustomer needs
  • Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking andsocial media
  • Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes andconcernsMeeting real estate developers listening to their wishes and concerns
  • To assess and study the position of the identified prospects in the industry
  • To research different sales options and analyzing them
  • To sell the company's products/services by expanding contacts and further forging relationships with the prospects
  • To recommend solutions to any difficulties faced by the clients
  • To provide proper information, guidance, and support to the clients, therefore, enhancing relationships with the clients
  • To recommend new opportunities and improvements for maximizing profits
  • To closely study the current market trends for a product and identify enhancements
  • To analyze the competition brand closely
  • To be able to work with a team and achieve the desired results Profile Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role Proficiency in English
  • Min. 2 Years' experience in real estate sales
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Handson experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniquesFast learner and passion for sales
  • Selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approachAptitude in delivering attractive presentations
  • High School Degree Other Requirements Applicant must have two wheeler and driving license. Both Male/Female Applicants can apply
