Responsibilities:


  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate sales leads.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers and answer any questions they may have.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert them into customers.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, including calls made, sales closed, and followup activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, best practices, and strategies for achieving sales goals.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences and market demand.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in tele sales, sales, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Resultsdriven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Customerfocused with a passion for providing exceptional service.
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English.

Pay:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
