Job Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Prepare and distribute financial reports on a regular basis
  • Assist with monthend and yearend closing procedures
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to develop and implement process improvements
  • Perform adhoc financial analysis and reporting as needed

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field preferred
  • 12 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Experience working with Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
