Tumbledry Solutions Private Limited is a Laundry and Dry Clean Retail and E-commerce organization founded with an intent to tap into the multi-billion-dollar opportunity of unexplored and unorganised laundry and dry clean industry in India.


Our team is a mix of young energetic business leaders from premier business schools of India including IIT & IIM, and veteran industry experts who have served the top management positions like COO, Product Head, and Business Head in leading companies like Airtel, Lava & Reliance.


Our aim is to have a national footprint with more than 1200 stores in India by end of year 2024.

Head quartered at Noida, Tumbledry has a designated team structure for Franchisee Networking, Store Operations, BTL and Digital Marketing, Customer Service, Up Selling & Cross Selling, Procurement and Finance.

The entire organization & the brand is dimensioned in a manner to enable us to deliver the highest standards of laundry & dry cleaning services to our customers.

We are well poised to take the pole position in the laundry industry in India with a Tumbledry store at every 10k households in urban India.


We operate laundromat stores - a mix of Franchisee Owned Franchisee Operated (FOFO) & Company Owned Company Operated (COCO) stores.

Laundromat is a relatively new concept in India, wherein cloth processing happens at the store, and services rendered comprise:
wash+fold, wash+iron, steam ironing, and dry cleaning.

The entire operations are integrated with technology wherein the users are engaged through an integrated CRM of Web and Mobile Applications - fulfilling requirements of scheduling an order, order tracking, invoicing, payment, service feedback, customer service, information, and engagement.


To achieve rapid scale up, while maintaining quality in line with our brand vision, we are looking for sales professionals who want to be a part of this exciting journey.


Job Description -TSM - Project Management

Responsibilities:


  • Store layout preparation
  • Identification of right civil work vendors for store construction & cost negotiation with them
  • Handholding the construction vendor, and auditing the work on a regular basis
  • Hiring & training of manpower for store operations
  • Dealing effectively with crossfunctional teams internally to meet stringent timelines for project delivery
  • Achieving high partner satisfaction scores for all projects.

Skills Required/Prerequisites:


  • Bachelor
  • Good communication skills
  • Graduate degree (preferably Diploma / B-Tech)
  • Min 60% marks in Graduation Degree
  • Must have a 2 Wheeler
  • Willing to Travel for 20 days in a month
  • English Communication should be above average

Salary:
₹12, ₹30,000.00 per month
