Responsibilities:
1. *Job Worker Management:* Oversee job workers' activities, ensuring timely and quality production, while maintaining effective communication channels.

2. *Staff Supervision:* Lead and motivate the production team, monitor workflow, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

3. *Production Planning:* Collaborate with production planners to optimize schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and meet delivery deadlines.

4.

*Quality Assurance:* Implement and uphold rigorous quality control measures to guarantee the production of high-quality boxes that meet client specifications.

5. *Inventory Management:* Monitor raw material levels, coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment, and optimize inventory to minimize waste.

6. *Performance Evaluation:* Conduct regular performance reviews for staff, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate professional development initiatives.

7.

*Communication Skills:* Effectively communicate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless flow of information and collaboration.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.

Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
