The role would require knowledge and experience working in financial services, banking or insurance or any similar industry and testing of the deals with compliant of various policies and SOP (standard operating procedure) of Operational Risk_
Role and Responsibilities:_

- _Testing deals for compliance with existing policies and guidelines_
- _Responsible for maintaining quality and on time delivery. In due course, gain knowledge of Control Testing function and have thorough understanding of upstream and downstream implications_
- _Bring forth ideas and thought process for streamlining tasks to improve efficiency in new processes or suggest ideas to improve existing processes_
- _Effectively communicate with the client, team members and seniors. Collaborate with client on tasks and ensure adherence to SLAs_
- _Build a thorough understanding of the process and contribute towards keeping all the SOPs up to date_
- _Take responsibility for providing and maintaining internal process metrics and tracking key deliverables_
- _Preparation of dashboard and report the key highlights to stakeholders._
- _Work on ad-hoc projects as required_

Qualification_

- _Bachelor's degree or higher_
- _Good communication skills, both written and verbal_
- _Good knowledge of basic finance concepts, Excel, PPT & Word_
- _Should be ready to work in Night shift_
