Front Desk Executive cum Admin (Female only)

Any Graduate
Experience:
Min. 06 months
Required Details:
- Excellent Communication Skills in English/Gujarati/Hindi.
- Ready to work for Long-Term
- Soft Spoken, Clear Voice, &Impressive.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
- Maintain security by following safety procedures & controlling access via the reception desk.
- Must know Computer work, including soft entries, excel, and MS Word documents.
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

₹12, ₹240,000.00 per month
