Front Desk Executive cum Admin (Female only)


Qualification:
Any Graduate


Experience:

Min. 06 months


Required Details:


  • Excellent Communication Skills in English/Gujarati/Hindi.
  • Ready to work for Long-Term
  • Soft Spoken, Clear Voice, &Impressive.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
  • Maintain security by following safety procedures & controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Must know Computer work, including soft entries, excel, and MS Word documents.
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
