Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan, prepare, and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that addresses the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical needs of preschoolaged children.
  • Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported in their learning journey.
  • Design and facilitate a variety of learning activities and experiences, including art, music, storytelling, imaginative play, sensory exploration, and outdoor play, to promote children's creativity, curiosity, and problemsolving skills.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues through effective communication, active listening, and collaboration.
  • Observe and assess children's development and progress, and use this information to individualize instruction and support children's learning and growth.
  • Provide a balance of structured learning experiences and childinitiated play opportunities that allow children to explore, experiment, and learn at their own pace.
  • Encourage children's social skills, independence, and selfregulation through positive guidance, modeling, and reinforcement of appropriate behaviors.
  • Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to share information about children's experiences, achievements, and areas for growth, and to involve them in their child's learning journey.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
  • Certification or licensure in early childhood education or preschool teaching preferred.
  • Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or early childhood setting.
  • Knowledge of child development theory, early learning standards, and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive school culture.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.

Pay:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
