Key Responsibilities:

Plan, prepare, and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that addresses the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical needs of preschoolaged children.
Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, valued, and supported in their learning journey.
Design and facilitate a variety of learning activities and experiences, including art, music, storytelling, imaginative play, sensory exploration, and outdoor play, to promote children's creativity, curiosity, and problemsolving skills.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues through effective communication, active listening, and collaboration.
Observe and assess children's development and progress, and use this information to individualize instruction and support children's learning and growth.
Provide a balance of structured learning experiences and childinitiated play opportunities that allow children to explore, experiment, and learn at their own pace.
Encourage children's social skills, independence, and selfregulation through positive guidance, modeling, and reinforcement of appropriate behaviors.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to share information about children's experiences, achievements, and areas for growth, and to involve them in their child's learning journey.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
Certification or licensure in early childhood education or preschool teaching preferred.
Previous experience working with young children in a preschool or early childhood setting.
Knowledge of child development theory, early learning standards, and best practices in early childhood education.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive school culture.
Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development.

Pay:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
