Description
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Serve as a link between subordinates and upper management.
- Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
- Conducts training.
- Maintain timekeeping and personnel records
Basic Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in management or other relevant industry field is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to train employees when needed
Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Old Madras road, Bengaluru , Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
