Operations Intern


Duration: 3 Months


Incentive Per Month: 7k


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate the entire order process, from initial inquiry to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Manage data related to sales activities, order details,etc
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering personalized solutions

Qualifications:


  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented individual with a passion for sales and building customer relationships
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Internship

Contract length: 3 months


Salary:
₹6, ₹7,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
