    Aboutthe Role:
    TA Operations role will reside underTalent Acquisition team and will involve recruitment planning, sourcing,screening , evaluation and control incurred in recruitment process module, postoffer engagement and Onboarding of new Joiners

    JobSpecifications:


    Monitors and scrutinizes to ensure 100% compliance in the documentation for offers released and payments released to vendorsKeeps controls and monitors formalities to ensure 100% compliance in BGV Checks .

    Maintains trackers· Responsible for ensuring smooth onboarding of employees - Personalfile documentation which will be maintained with complete confidentiality andsensitivity

    • Vendor management performance reviews, searching & selecting newvendors, vendor empanelment, invoice & payments
    • Process owner for all Internal transfers from TA perspective
    • SPOC for HR Software Module implementation( eg Workday)
    • Owner of Employee Referral Queries
    • Adherence to standard operating procedures pertaining to hiring process

    Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

    • MBA Human Resource / PG in Human Resource with 3-5 years of experience
    • High on Communication and Presentation skills.
    • Solution Orientation and Managing Conflicts.
    • Good liaison and relationship skills with Employees and vendor partners.
    • Working on any good HCM platform will be an added advantage
