ROLE AND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Role/Position:
MIS Executive

Reporting to:
Operations Manager

Location:
Rajajinagar, Bangalore

Basic Eligibility Criteria:


  • Experience: 1+ years in MIS functions
  • Qualification: minimum Graduate

Selection Process:


  • Screening round by HR
  • Written Excel evaluation
  • Personal Interview by Operations Head & MD

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Report generation, Maintaining & analysing data of multiple stores.
  • Working on various reports as per management requirements.
  • Category analysis, Promo analysis and offer planning basis analysis.
  • Identifying stock gaps and plan Stock Allocations, consolidations for stores.
  • Analysis of SOH and suggest strategies for faster liquidation of slowmoving stocks.
  • Training retail staff in data analysis and interpretation of data.
  • Conducting periodic store visits for stock audits.
  • Share regular updates with OPS & Management team.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:


  • High proficiency of work in MS Office suite preferably Advanced excel, Outlook & PPT.
  • Good knowledge of Lookups, Pivot & Formula usage.
  • High Commercial Acumen.
  • Data Analysis.
  • Good at people management.
  • High on Energy levels.

Salary:
₹20, ₹33,000.00 per month
