Profile introduction:

Join our dynamic team as an Education Counselor, where you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting individuals on their educational journey.

As an advocate for academic success, you'll be instrumental in helping students make informed decisions about their education and career paths.

Responsibilities:

Provide oneonone counseling sessions to students, offering guidance on academic and career choices.
Assess students' interests, strengths, and goals to tailor personalized education plans.
Stay updated on educational programs, admission requirements, and industry trends.
Organize and conduct workshops and seminars on various educational topics.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to create a supportive learning environment.
Maintain accurate and confidential student records.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Proven experience in counseling or advising, preferably in an educational setting.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of academic programs, admissions processes, and career development.
Ability to empathize and understand the unique needs of each student.
Familiarity with relevant assessment tools and counseling techniques.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

Salary:

₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
