OVERVIEW:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will support the Director/GM of Sales & Marketing with the planning and execution of an effective digital marketing strategy that builds and maintains a powerful online presence for the Hotels & Resorts as well as increases revenue, grows market share and creates a consistent multi-channel experience for our users and guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Passionate about the digital world with a deep understanding of the everevolving digital and social media environments
Able to lead a team and prepare strategies and campaign on your own.
Lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Datadriven thinking and strong quantitative, analytical, and problemsolving skills, including the ability to turn data and insights into online marketing initiatives
Solid knowledge of website analytics and CRM/marketing automation tools Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
Outofthebox thinker and innovator
Uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Key Responsibilities
To develop, implement, track and optimize the Company's digital marketing campaigns across all paid, owned and earned channels
To regularly track, analyses and report, weekly, monthly and quarterly, on campaigns and channels' performances vs. agreed KPIs and budget
To design, build and maintain social media presence and campaigns
To collaborate and manage relationships with agencies and third parties
To manage various etools e.g. CRM, CMS, ORM, Social Media Management Platforms etc.

To build, maintain and update customer databases

To manage the distribution of content across all channels and to ensure it is constantly up to date and in line with the brand guidelines To manage and monitor the Company's online reputation across different reviews sites and social media platforms
To identify trends, insights and opportunities to optimize performance
To monitor and report on competitors' online activitiesREQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree
Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Suite, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Adobe Photoshop; social media listening/ tracking and analytic tools At least 3 years of digital marketing experience, leading and managing digital marketing campaigns Internet marketing experience in hospitality/travel industry would be an added advantage
Strong understanding of traditional and online marketing tactics and strategy, Content management and web analytics experience
Knowledge of website production with a firm grasp of website fundamentals
Ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects Effective Communication Attention to detail Problem solving and decision making Leadership skills Customer focused Team work Interpersonal skills Strategic Thinking.
