TL - Core - PACO Operations-Circle

Core Head
To oversee Core operations and deployment at the circle level, specifically managing PACO and related nodes like routers and switches. This role involves supporting various operational activities, SNOC and COG, in delivering high-quality services at the circle.

Network Element Types involved (based on deployment, circle-specific).

PACO :

SGSN/MMW, SGW, PGW/CMG, CGNAT, spine router, PCRF, SPS, Gi DNS, CGF, CGNAT Cache servers and DNS (Nokia and ZTE).

FIELD SUPPORT: Support for issue resolution, SNOC assistance during incidents, upgrades, and planned events. Timely reporting of failures, analysis for improvements, and proactive failure analysis. MIS & Reporting, field support for audit activities.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT: Enhancing customer PACO services through meticulous complaint analysis and resolution. Addressing service issues in collaboration with various departments to maintain revenue and ensure customer satisfaction.

PROJECT SUPPORT: Facilitating new node integration, infrastructure management, field trials, and POCs.

SECURITY MANAGEMENT: Assisting Nodal teams in audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, MBSS security compliance, and coordination for test accuracy.

The Key KPI indicators include:

Service uptime ≥99.9% from the field perspective
Service usage below threshold, Redundancy loss incidences at 98%, PDP success rate > 98% with 0 hardware faults for over 48 hours, and timely closure of customer complaints

Minimum 5+ years of telecom industry experience with expertise in PACO operations, preferably with Nokia and ZTE PACO nodes.
Hands-on experience in configuration and audit of Nokia and ZTE PACO nodes.
Certification in Cisco, Juniper routers, switches, and knowledge of IP networking BGP, VRF.
Knowledge of various protocols and signaling call service flows.
Cloud computing, VM, VNF, orchestrator experience.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and managerial skills with a customer-centric approach.

BE (E&C, Computers). Proficiency in scripting, Java, and related areas is advantageous.
