    Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced technical support for TSM, Spectrum Protect, and Arcserve environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to backup and recovery, storage management, and data protection.
  • Perform proactive monitoring and optimization to ensure the stability and performance of backup systems.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement backup and recovery strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Participate in capacity planning, disaster recovery planning, and security compliance activities.
  • Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and future reference.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in backup and recovery technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.
