Description
Design, plan, and implement human resources programs for the warehouse.

  • Manpower planning, complaints handling, managing grievance procedures, and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders.
  • Administer company policies relating to compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs.
  • Collating and analyzing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes.
  • Graduate with any background, MBA in HR shall be plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Google spreadsheet
  • Handled contract employees and 3rd party vendors
  • MIS.
  • Travel Management, calendar management, Facilities management

Salary:
₹250, ₹350,000.00 per month
