Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists.
Introduce and explain our products/services to potential clients.
Engage in effective conversations to understand customer needs and tailor offerings accordingly.
Answer customer queries and provide accurate information about our offerings.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while communicating with customers.
Keep accurate records of interactions, appointments, and lead followups.
Achieve weekly/monthly call targets and sales quotas.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and followup.
Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Strive to meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner.
Ability to effectively engage with customers and build rapport.
Basic computer skills for data entry and CRM usage.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is a plus.
Goaloriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.
Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products/services.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
