Roles and responsibilities:


  • To make 250 plus cold calls per day.
  • Pitch different property details and generate interest in the prospect for the properties.
  • Understand their finances, needs, wants and purpose of property investment.
  • Act like a consultant and not like a tele-caller.
  • The major responsibility includes generating interest in the prospect.

Other requirements:


  • Should be an excellent communicator - Hindi & English mandatory.
If you are good at speaking Marathi and confident that you can generate leads, you may stil apply.

Other landuages like Gujrati, Marathi & Telugu are added advantage.


  • Should have convincing & persuasion skills.
  • Must be great at hooking at the prospect in the conversation.
  • Qualification - HSC appeared should do.

Experience:
We are okay with freshers as long as you have the zeal to learn and deliver.


Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
