**Responsibilities & KRA:
- **•Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Contacting New and existing customers on the phone to generate revenue.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- **•Proven experience as a Customer support executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Job Types:
Part-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary:
₹ ₹1,000.00 per day
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday

- Bachelor's (required)
Experience:
