With more than 40 years of experience forging multisector partnerships, and with expertise in science, economics, technology, advocacy, and dozens of other specialties, PATH develops and scales up innovative solutions to the world's most pressing health challenges.

PATH India is supporting the states with the rollout of digital health missions and other state-level digital health initiatives. PATH is setting up regional teams to support this activity in a more comprehensive and structured manner.

This includes supporting and guiding the states to formalize policy, governance structures, and budget requirements, select appropriate digital tools at primary, secondary & tertiary levels, and develop implementation plans.


Responsibilities:


Strategy and Partnerships

  • Work closely and build collaborative relationships with statelevel stakeholders for program implementation.
  • Map stakeholders and identify strategic partnerships that increase PATH's impact on digital health in the states.
  • Conduct landscape analysis for focus areas as and when required.
  • Formulate operational execution plans and identify opportunities for collaborations with PATH.
  • Deliver any other needbased tasks as requested by the team.

Program Planning and Management

  • Execute program activities and track key deliverables development in coordination with the Digital Health team.
  • Plan, manage and execute program activities across states.
  • Travel extensively for program implementation.
  • Conduct training and capacitybuilding activities for relevant stakeholders as per program requirements.
  • Document activities and field observations for program reports for donors as well as internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support in the creation of presentations for updates and meetings.

Required Skills:

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 46 years' experience and demonstrated skills in Digital Health program management and team management.
  • Master's degree in management or public health from a reputable graduate school.
  • Proven ability to multitask and collaborate work effectively with senior staff, colleagues, donors, partner organizations, stakeholders, local institutions, and others at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines, and an emphasis on quality.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and reportwriting skills.
  • Excellent skills in facilitation, team building, and coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and thrive in fastpaced, highpressure situations.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi, knowledge of other Indian languages will be an advantage.
  • Extremely detailoriented, with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multisite organization and a teambased structure.
  • Proven effectiveness while working in a teambased environment, but capable also of working independently.

Must have legal authorization to work in India.
