Trainer Location:
Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
Job Responsibilities:
Help increase the overall performance of the sales teams by creating and deploying leading-edge learning interventions
Conduct new hire training - Virtual & F2F
Monitor and report the effectiveness of the training program.
Partner with Sales stakeholders in understanding business challenges and creating learning interventions that improve productivity
Work on learning methodologies /ideas for retaining the learning in the training sessions
Undertake projects to work with Bottom Quartile employees to enhance productivity
Accompany and support business teams on-field to understand gaps and showcase best practices
On the job coaching and feedback
Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate and work effectively with multiple levels and cross-functions in the organization
Experience working in a B2C sales role
At least 2 Year experience as a Sales Trainer
Solid knowledge of Sales management and B2C sales pipeline management
Ability to moderate large groups virtually and F2F
Extremely organized and detail-oriented
Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Real estate sales: 1 year (preferred)
